Newport Unlimited Chief Executive John Burrows reports in an article in today's Business Argus that the new Kingsway Car Park will not be complete until January 2009six months after the planned completion date.

Well what new there. The Newport Unlimited probably stands for Unlimited Chaos and delays. Is there anything they have delivered on time because I cannot think of one.
Poor design, poor planning and endless delays that seems to be their area of expertise. It presents a dreadfull impression of Newport. Vistors from abroad endlessly remark about it they cannot understand it. Particularly when as is normal there is no one working .
