One of Newport's iconic independent traders George Street Furnishers is proposing a new store on Mill Parade near the Southern Distributor Bridge according to the latest planning applications to the City Council. New Look is taking up Unit 2 at Newport Retail Park as this shopping destination goes from strength to strength. Tesco will be replacing their Spytty store with an significantly bigger Extra store.
