The paasngers are unhappy with it, the bus companies are unhappy with it and the police are unhappy with it.<BR/><BR/>Quite how anyone can design such a hoplessly dangerous and inadequate facility beggers believe. What kind of planners did they use. They are nowe on their forth attempt to even get it workable.<BR/><BR/>Why does Newport employ companies unable to peroperly plan things .
